Privacy Policy

Effective 6 August 2026 · idpulse is operated by 3 Degrees. Plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, verified with a one-time code.
• Listing data: what you write about your venture — name, description, link, category, country, optional numbers. This is public by design.
• Enquiry messages: if you contact a venture owner, we store your name, email and message so we can relay it.
• Pulse data: anonymous counts of page views and contact clicks per venture. No tracking profiles of visitors.

How we use it

To run the directory: sign you in, publish your listing, relay enquiries (your message goes to the owner with your email as reply-to), show public pulse counts, and — only if you opted in — send you listing stats and idpulse updates (unsubscribe anytime).

Where it lives and who sees it

Data is stored with Supabase (servers in Singapore) and email is sent via Resend. Owner contact emails are never displayed on the site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it except as needed to run the service or when the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email hello@idpulse.ai. Venture owners can edit or remove their listings by signing in. If you're in Indonesia, you have rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP); we honour requests from everyone equally.

Cookies

We use only what sign-in needs to work. When we add analytics, this policy will say so.

Kebijakan Privasi (ringkas)

idpulse menyimpan: email akun Anda (diverifikasi dengan kode), data listing yang memang untuk publik, pesan enquiry (nama, email, pesan — diteruskan ke pemilik venture), dan hitungan anonim kunjungan/klik. Data disimpan di Supabase (Singapura); email dikirim melalui Resend. Alamat email pemilik tidak pernah ditampilkan di situs. Kami tidak menjual data pribadi. Anda berhak meminta, memperbaiki, atau menghapus data Anda sesuai UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi — kirim email ke hello@idpulse.ai. Email pemasaran hanya dikirim jika Anda setuju, dan bisa berhenti kapan saja.
